been laid off any time in the last 52 weeks prior to this layoff
week, and have already received unemployment compensation during
this past year.
WAITING WEEK INFORMATION:
Members who were on layoff status and serving their waiting week
will be denied unemployment and must take their ODJFS Determination
Notice to Human Resources to file for sub pay for your waiting week.
The ODJFS no longer mails waiting week notifications.
You must go to the ODJFS web site at http://unemployment.ohio.gov,
and then go to the menu options on the left side of the home page
under UNEMPLOYED WORKERS. Those who filed their claim on the
internet need to click on EXISTING ACCOUNT LOGIN. Members who filed
over the phone need to click on CREATE A NEW ACCOUNT. Read the
release of information and then click on I AGREE in the lower left
hand corner.
Enter your Social Security number in
the top box and then enter your pin number. Then, log in and go to
the VIEW CORRESPONDENCE inbox. Highlight the circle to the left to
view the UNEMPLOYMENT BENEFIT PAYMENT, click on the VIEW DETAILS
box, click on OPEN FILE DOWNLOAD, then print your unemployment
benefit payment documents and take BOTH PAGES to the
Human Resources Department to sign up for your sub pay.
Signing up for sub this time will start your auto sub for one year
in the event of future layoffs.
DEPENDENT AUDIT: The Company
will continue to conduct dependent audits. This is a company
wide audit of all employees. PLEASE NOTE: The Company will
mail notifications to the last known address that you reported to
