COMPETITIVE
OPERATING AGREEMENT (COA): On Sunday, April 1, 2007, Unit 1
ratified the COA. Eighty-two percent (82%) of the membership voted
to ratify the agreement. Chairman Nick Gallogly and I had planned to
post the results in the plant this morning and follow up with this
bulletin so our membership could hear this information from us
before reading about it in the local newspapers. It is regretful
that it didn’t work out that way. Thanks to all who took time out of
their busy schedule to attend the meeting and vote.
