Information Bulletin
June 23, 2010

Our beloved union brother and friend, John W. “Johnny” Hatcher, passed away on June 23, 2010, following a lengthy illness. He held the offices of President and Chairman, Financial Secretary and Benefits Representative of UAW Local 2000, he was a long-time Chairman of the Lorain County UAW Community Action Program and was former Chairman and Financial Secretary of Lorain County Organized Labor’s Labor Day Celebration Committee. John will be sorely missed by all those who knew and loved him.

He was instrumental in helping to make organized labor and the Democratic Party in Lorain County the powerful forces they are today.
